The Board of Inland Revenue (BIR) wishes to advise that the Landlord registration continues.
The BIR is encouraging Landlords to get registered without delay!!!

Registration can be done at the following Offices:

  • IRD Tower, Government Plaza Complex, 2-4 Ajax Street, POS
  • South Regional Office, 52 Cipero Street, San Fernando
  • East Regional Office, Tunapuna Administrative Complex, Corner Centenary Street & Eastern Main Road, Tunapuna
  • Tobago Regional Office, Victor E Bruce Financial Complex, 14-16 Wilson Road, Scarborough, Tobago

 

 

The penalty is only enforceable upon summary conviction.
