A. No, you must have a valid Property Tax Notice of Assessment from the Inland Revenue Division before you make a payment. (Date of Notice of Assessment must be from 15th July 2024 to present)

A. The PIN is a ten digit number located at the top right corner of the Property Tax Notice of Assessment.

Q: Where can I locate the media number on the Property Tax Notice of Assessment?

A. The media number is located at the bottom of the Notice of Assessment, under the barcode.

Q: What information should be entered in the comment/description field, of the bank’s payment platform?

A. Only enter the media number.

Q: Can I prepay my Property Tax for the following year(s)?

A. No, you must be in receipt of the Property Tax Notice of Assessment for each year.

Q: Will I receive a payment receipt from Inland Revenue Division?

A. Yes, a receipt will be mailed via TTPost to the Property Owner as stated on the Notice of Assessment.

Q: If I make a payment on a weekend or a public holiday, what will be my payment’s received date?

A. The payment’s received date would be the next business day.

Q: Can I make payments for persons other than myself using my online accounts?

A. Yes, however the receipt would be generated on the Property Owner’s name.
