Important Update: Implementation of Common Reporting Standard (CRS)
The Inland Revenue Division (IRD) is in the process of implementing the Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters Act (Act 7 of 2020).
In accordance with Section 11 of the Act, which governs the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI), the IRD will be hosting a series of mandatory training sessions for all Reportable Financial Institutions (FIs).
