PUBLIC NOTICE - AMNESTY DEADLINE

Inland Revenue Division (IRD) wishes to advise that the Tax Amnesty introduced by Finance Act 18 of 2024, ends on Saturday 2nd August, 2025.

Tax Amnesty Returns filed and Payments made on Monday 4th August, 2025 would be accepted.

With regard to returns filed via the Non-Logged In Service, the signed Declaration Forms, has to be dropped off at one of our offices before the end of the business day on Monday 4th August, 2025.

The public is duly reminded that the Tax Amnesty covers penalties and interests on unpaid taxes and outstanding returns, up to the year of income ending December 31st, 2023.
