246th anniversary of the independence of the United States of America

The U.S. Embassy hosted a reception, “Let the Celebration Begin” to celebrate the 246th anniversary of the independence of the United States of America on June 30, 2022 at UPickTT Farm, Chaguaramas.

Chargé d’Affaires Shante Moore in his remarks said, “while our country has faced its share of challenges in striving to become a more perfect union, the United States, conceived in liberty, has always aspired to be an inspiration for others.”

He also underscored the strong bilateral relationship between the U.S. and Trinidad and Tobago. Full Remarks.
