The user will then be required to affirm that they are duly authorized to submit this return request and that it is an offence punishable by fine or imprisonment to make a false return.

The user will also acknowledge that the Declaration Form provided at the end of the submission process must be dropped off at any IRD Regional or District office in order for the return to be considered received by the IRD.

These must be accepted in order to proceed.

The Home button at the top of the left menu exits the process and redirects the user to the e-Tax homepage.
