The Inland Revenue Division wishes to advise, that in accordance with the Property Tax Act, Chapter 76:04, the Notice of Assessment for Property Tax, will be dispatched to Property Owners. The Notice of Assessment outlines the Property Tax payable based on the Annual Rental Value (ARV) of your property. The Property Tax is calculated as follows:

ARV x 90% (0.9) x 3% (0.03)

Upon receipt of the Notice of Assessment if a person is dissatisfied with the Tax Assessment, he/she may, within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of the Notice of Tax Assessment, notify the Board in writing of his objection, in accordance with Section 21 of the Property Tax Act.
