Enter the information on Total Employees, Employees with PAYE deductions, Health Surcharge (HSC) Deductions and Benefits. The number of employees without PAYE and HSC deduction or Benefits will be automatically calculated based on the figures entered.

For Employees with Benefits, the I.T. Form 76 (Supplementary) and TD4 Supplementary can be attached here via the ‘Attach’ button.

If there are no employees with Benefits, the attachments for Employees with Benefits is not required and the button is not shown.
