NEWS : In a matter brought against CPSI Telemarketing Ltd. by the Board of Inland Revenue the defendant was found guilty on three charges. The company was charged under the VAT Act, Chapter 76:01, Section 56(6) - claiming fictitious input tax.

On September 30, 2008 the magistrate ordered the defendant to pay $5000 on each charge or in default a warrant of distress, director Parasram Maharaj was additionally found guilty and required to pay $5000 or in default serve six months imprisonment.
