I need to access my PERSONAL tax accounts

You will need a ttconnect ID and proof of your BIR number.
Steps:

  1. Register with ttconnect to get your ttconnect ID
  2. Log in to e-Tax
  3. Submit the following documents:
    • Proof of BIR number

I need to grant THIRD-PARTY access to my tax accounts

Both parties must have a ttconnect ID, and must have previously accessed the e-Tax service.
Steps:

  1. Register with ttconnect to get your ttconnect ID
  2. Log in to e-Tax
  3. Grant third party access for the specific accounts
    • Enter the third party’s ttconnect ID.
    • Select the accounts you wish to grant access to.
    • Select the relevant access level e.g. File and Pay, File Only or View Only

I need to request access to a THIRD-PARTY’s accounts

You will need a ttconnect ID, and evidence for validating the third party’s accounts.
Steps:

  1. Register with ttconnect to get your ttconnect ID
  2. Log in to e-Tax.
  3. Request third party access for the specific account
    • Click on the ‘Request Access To Another Account’ link
    • Provide the following:
      1. The taxpayer’s BIR number
      2. Account Type and Account ID
      3. Letter ID, or recent payment amount, or a line item value from a processed return
  4. The relevant taxpayer is advised of the request and must agree to the granting of the third-party access before the access is confirmed.
